The Foundation also believes that higher education should be available to those who want to be a nurse but don’t have the income to pay for schooling. This is why the foundation set up several scholarships to help potential nurses pay for their degree. One of the best is an intensive program that provides scholarships to students enrolled in an accelerated bachelor’s or master’s nursing program. The award offers five to 30 students the chance for a $10,000 scholarship.
